Website delivery and security
This website is prepared for hosting through Cloudflare. Hosting infrastructure may process your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and response status to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and securing our website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Operational logs are retained only as needed for their technical and security purposes.
Contacting us
The contact form prepares a draft in your own email application. It does not submit your name, email address or message to a website backend. You decide whether to send the draft. If you contact us by email or phone, we process your contact details and message to answer your enquiry or take pre-contractual steps, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence. Correspondence is retained for the enquiry and any applicable statutory retention obligations. Necessary technical and commercial information may be shared with suppliers or service providers involved in answering your enquiry.
Optional analytics: Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics
Only after you choose “Analytics only” or “Allow all”, we load Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) and Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google Tag Manager manages our Google tags. Clarity provides session recordings and heatmaps showing public page content, clicks and scrolling. Google Analytics measures page visits, device and browser information, scrolling, active time, service enquiry clicks, phone and email clicks, and contact-form interaction and draft preparation.
Clarity masks form entries. We do not send form values, message text, email draft contents or uploaded files through our analytics events. Event URLs omit query strings. Preparing an email is not counted as a successfully delivered enquiry. These services use cookies and transmit usage information to Microsoft or Google. The legal basis is your voluntary consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Optional advertising
Choosing “Allow all” also permits Google Ads advertising storage, advertising measurement and personalised advertising, and advertising-related storage in Clarity. Google may link usage information to your Google account. Advertising consent is separate from analytics-only consent and from any newsletter subscription. This website does not automatically add you to a mailing list. The legal basis for optional advertising is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG.
Your choices and withdrawal
Before a choice, or with “Necessary only”, we do not load Google or Clarity tracking. Your selection is stored locally in your browser for up to 180 days to remember your decision. You can change it anytime through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing a permission stops the corresponding tracking and reloads the page; accessible first-party tracking cookies are removed. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Recipients, international processing and retention
Microsoft and Google may process usage data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Their notices describe the applicable transfer safeguards and retention practices: Microsoft privacy statement and Google privacy policy. Analytics and advertising records are retained according to the relevant service configuration and provider policies.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights to access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@lumipra.com to exercise your rights. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority for North Rhine-Westphalia.
